Emoticups

Disposable coffee cups and sleeves are used in combination as a communication tool for expressing emotions. The language system is a way to connect patrons of local cafes to the community around them through awareness of personal feelings. Three different colors on a paper cup reflect positive, negative and abstract emotions while a corresponding coffee cup sleeve with perforated circles indicate the intensity of the emotion expressed.
